congrats fella, my little 'un is nearly 12 weeks old now and the time has flown by, seems like only a few weeks ago we were having our scans.
Don't worry too much about sleepless nights etc ours settled down into a routine after a few weeks, now we get about 3 1/2 hrs unbroken sleep followed by a feed then another 3 hrs sleep.
I would advise taking a few days now to spend together doing the things you like as time to spend as a couple together after can be limited...
