Actually, it clearly states 'Saracen' on the bottle cage. I am now thinking its all a fraud to remind The Duke and myself of what we have lost - although more likely that I am a childish tawt.

Very nice bike. Wouldn't the U-Brake on the seat stays place it more in the 87-88 era? I wonder if the STI and DX are later additions.
