FS GT Edge Titanium 56cm

Dirt Disciple

Here is my GT Edge Titanium for sale, I’m selling this as it’s too small, ideally I’d love to swap it for a larger one, but that’ll never happen ...
I bought it from the US on the 11 May 2010 and have since bought new saddle, post and a shimano stem. I also have the original GT bottle cages.
The bike is in good condition with very slight marks from general use, but nothing offensive.
The two bad bits are the shimano stem has a cracked plastic top cap, and the bar tape is ripped on the right drop.
The frame is super stiff with the triple triangle, but the titanium is very forgiving. After a little investigating I think it's a 1994 model.
Seat tube 56cm ctc, top tube 55.5cm ctc, stand over 83cm.

It has dura ace 7410 group with shimano 600 hubs on open 4 CD’s.
The seatpost is kalloy and the bars are the original profile ones. All cables are also original dura ace.

I would be willing to post (+ £20) but you’ll have to give me time to source a box, i'm located in hertfordshire. I'll also happily donate to the forum pot.

Also if you are interested this is what I looked like in the US: http://www.sellutionmtb.com/images/large/gtedge1.jpg

I'd like £1100

don't hesitate to pm me if you are interested, thanks

I wish mine was still shiny...

Hi there,

would you sell only the frame?

Thanks!

wow, is this a matte or neglect finish? Always nice to see another one!

I'd much rather not split it but if i can find a buyer for everything else then i'll get back to you, cheers for the interest.

The previous owner had clearly paid through the nose for a lavish paint-job. I immediately set about ruining it with paint stripper. Unfortunately the frame had been blasted prior to painting, so polishing it wasn't an option. I had it glass-bead blasted to give it a uniform satin finish.
