The Soul is a great shout if you can stretch the budget, I built one up last year and on the first ride knew I had the best handling bike ive ever built.
Great looks too.
Scion 853 has interested me in the past also, seems great value. The new 2012 colours are nice too..
I also ride an 853 Inbred (s/s), which I love to bits, but it doesnt handle as sharp as the Soul on 120mm forks
I'm going to sell a 20" Ballistic Tange Prestige frame shortly if possibly interested?.. a bit more retro flavour though, 1996 and no discs.

Soul's also 'look' small, but are just the right length for taller riders. You may be surprised by the fit of the Scion, but then im only 6'1"...
FWIW, I've heard Souls still handle nice at 100mm, so 115 should be ok as long as you dont run loads of sag?

I do have super long legs and arms, have given Stuart at Pipedream a buzz and he's saying honesty I'm right on the top end of what would suit the 19.5" model (given that at a mere 6'3" I have a 6'7" arm span - useful for reaching things on top of cupboard)! :?

Got a 20" Inbred 853 in good nick. Great frame, only selling because I want to try a 29er. Usual stone chips. Does have some chainsuck damage as shown. £135 posted.

That's the one to complete my collection! I have the single speed frame and am dead set for the geared
If you don't go for it Al (please lord!) then i'd very much like to buy the Inbred
They do come up a tad shorter than the Soul, weighted slightly more forward
