Finished build update (Help to ID 1976 Japanese frame)

What a lovely build. The paint, both colour choice and finish is fantastic. Your component choice and detailing with the saddle and cable colours is also spot on.
 
The logo on the fork tube is for Ishiwata Seisakusho, Ltd..

The frame is Japanese randonneur style and probably for the Japanese domestic market. I doubt if it will be listed in any catalogues for the USA market.

Yes, Ishiwata Seisakusho Ltd Tubing, I attach the pre 1980 catalogue. This helps me confirm the tubing dates pre 1980, was a top tubing now made as Kaisei tubing
