Great day out. Over 6 hours with a bit of beach, some woods, coastal path, coffee, cake and soup. One crash from 'double trouble' Rob, one puncture for myself. Weather was fantastic, and so were the views. Great part of the country, apart from the field with the brussel sprouts. *shudder*

Finally, our 'reportoires' can't compete with OCPs, but we tried...

Great ride even though I had to cut it short. Oddly I never really felt out of breath but me thighs were on fire! Definately need to put more hours in. The rigght bike might help. Some great countryside sad I missed the cliffs. The farm after the sprouts was far worse then the sprouts themselves, either that or someone farted ahead of me, I was choking. Ride back was pretty brisk for me but the a92 cycle path was a very good choice with the tail wind. Got home to have Mrs K telling me we weren't leaving for another hour :'(

Looks a fantastic ride lads sorry I missed it.

After 2 nights out this long weekend I feel like I've had a kicking today. Getting auld.

Week off next week after next and away up to aviemore for a week of walking and biking hopefully. If anybody is in the area and fancies a meet up Lol.
