Thanks for the comments  If you have a spare Yo fork (at sensible money ), please let me know ... ;-)

Sadly I don't. Love the work you're doing on the frame but that fork is too flexy to match the Yo's ride. Next to that I won't trust a (Chinese?) ti fork with that weight to work with a added disc tab. Just saying ;)

Keep up the good work :D

Yup. I'll give you my 200% money back guarantee that POS folds up like a lawn chair.

Good luck with your facial reconstruction.

Yep, already found that link thanks ... :-(

If I understand correctly, those are the early / thin ones, mine are the later / thick wall versions. Were they the 29" version to (I should read the link again) - I think they just made them longer ...

Please note that they are temporary though, until something more suitable comes along - but a OE fat fork will probably be to expensive ... :-(

They wont even be getting painted to match the frame - just blasted Ti along with the post, bars and maybe bar ends.

The bikes not exactly going to have a hard life either ...

Thanks for all the concern though - I know it's meant well and appreciate it

It's chinese, man, the 26s break too.

Be safe.

Each time I am seeing WD Pro's work

I am just thinking , well Bruno, you may work neatly and not far from professional work, but WD pro is clearly working way above your level - he is doing first class work and probably even more than a pro job

A couple of weeks ago I would have said yes, but now I am not sure ...

After doing all that work on the chain suck, I am not sure I want to go near that area again ...

Now I am putting Ti risers on the airborne, I had a spare Ti flat bar and segmented bar ends (should suit the fork well) :

But I was missing a seat post :-(

I like the USE Ti posts (got one on the Marin and one for the airborne - in picture above) and managed to find one for sale :D

Unfortunately when it arrived, it had a few unexpected surprises that need some attention ... :-(

Some damage around the pin hole :

By the position of the damage, I think it has been stuck in a frame at some point and the hole has been used to lever / twist it out ...

It's got it's fair share of cable / saddle bag rub to :

The saddle part of the clamp was a bit knackered so that will be replaced and these are a bit distorted :

But they can be fixed fairly easily :D

On the upside, the pin was OK  but that will be replaced anyway with a custom item

Jumping back to the bars, those that followed the airborne build may remember, I made modified reinforcements to stop the bar ends from distorting them :

Those last two pictures were obviously before blasting, the forks will be done in the same finish as the pictures near the top, along with the seat post when I am happy with that :D
