While they were painting I decided to stick to my idea of restoring as many pieces as possible instead of throwing them away and buying new ones.
The rear derailleur was very scratched but works well, very well. So I polished it matte.
The stem had many rusty parts. I polished the pulley (now it shines too much and also the circlip and the bolt, removing the rust. The M6 screw is new, the other one was a mess. I sanded the cover to paint but I liked how it looks in steel and I left it like that, in varnished steel.

The blue you have chosen is a very nice colour. The blue and silver would look great against some fresh tan wall tyres.

Thank you very much for the encouragement. This weekend I have a family celebration, so I don't think I can make much progress. In any case, I need some cranks because I was thinking of putting some Ritchey Logic that I have but they don't quite convince me, I would like to pay tribute to the DX and put some Deore MT60
I have acquired some LX and I think they can be restored well, but I think I will only use the chainrings and save the cranks for another project or for someone who needs them

Honestly, it is being gratifying and I was surprised by the quality of construction and materials. I didn't expect that aluminum to be so strong and durable. But from the anodizing, the painting, the polyester varnish, etc. you see that it was a very well built frame.
Also, it's not every day you see a CR-MO and aluminum frame, it's too eccentric not to catch my attention.
I hope to one day work on a Dyna-tech, at the moment I am really liking this Technium. I imagine that the comfort of use must be good thanks to the main aluminum triangle and quite good traction thanks to the steel rear triangle. I want to try it.

I have something saved there.
I would like a pair of Hutchinson Rock 'X' Country because it has a rolling design and I think it goes with the philosophy of the bicycle. I also really liked it when it rolled, although it gave some scares. But I only have one in that color and it's also 2'1. Well, I still find the one I'm missing, but I also have some Panaracers in 1'95 that I think are more suitable although they are a little focused on muddy terrain.
As a last resort, I save something that could look good if I find the right bottlecage.
I had been thinking about tires for a while.

The decoration is missing...it's not going to be easy, I barely had any stickers to take a good photo and be able to draw it. Also I can't find the exact Raleigh decals either, all I see are different fonts.
For simplicity I think I will adapt some font, for example the "technium" could work with Heinch Medium modifying the "E" and the "USA" with a mixture of Heinch Medium and Nucleo in a proportion of basically 2:1
But the Raleigh, the Chill and others like the cr-mo I will have to draw them to vectorize. Well, all in good time
