clever that. almost all ebikes will be the same.

you can have the battery recelled, but it won't be cheap.

Replacing battery cells is already a thing, and will become increasingly the case. Quite likely, the cells just need rebalancing on this as it doesn't look like its done much riding (likely left a long time in a low charge state). Cheap buy for someone who knows what they are doing.
