Bizarrely the next three frames in the register are also Q650's made of Deda Zero, Zero TW (don't know what that is) and 653 respectively. Just shows what a variety of tubesets Dave used to use for his frames.
£500 ten years ago I would have said was proper money. I bought just the frame a couple of years ago and I seem to remember I paid about £220 for it, so I don't think you did badly, although, mine does have fancy paint. I don't ride mine nearly as much as I should, but it is a cracking bike and lots of fun on the road.
