Lee was my assessor for level 3. Ten or so years ago now, Helped no end with all the paperwork BS. Great to see he's still at it.

No they are not. Those are back to front bar ends.

If you look at the photos from day 5 where Joe's learning about the hydro systems, you can see the grips on that bike much clearer aha they're definitely ergonomics with a slight flare at the end, but definitely not bar ends
