2011 Intense M9 FRO - owned from new and rebuilt

Not sure of the exact material but I'm not concerned as it's only damping forces it's dealing with which, on a fork, are fairly low compared to if it was the spring side. I've had 3D parts made previously which have stood up to some fairly significant forces trying to pull them apart, and certainly far in excess of what this will be dealing with.
