Lee was my assessor for level 3. Ten or so years ago now, Helped no end with all the paperwork BS. Great to see he's still at it.

Bar ends on back to front. Front hose perhaps should have been trimmed down too?

Thanks for taking the time in sharing - looks very good and professional.
Those are ergonomic grips. He's bleeding the front caliper but the rear lever aha
 
No they are not. Those are back to front bar ends. :p;)
If you look at the photos from day 5 where Joe's learning about the hydro systems, you can see the grips on that bike much clearer aha they're definitely ergonomics with a slight flare at the end, but definitely not bar ends :)
