Well they've done it again 24 hrs from order placed to in my hands AND its a saturday :shock:
And this FREE returns thing AND they even give you the label to stick on the returned item :shock:

ordered brake at 1pm tuesday, fitted 12pm wednesday.

only ever had one problem and they sorted it asap.


ordered rear shock mudflap for the fsr from my lbs. took 14 days to get there and then they didn't phone to let me know it was in :roll:

Im being realistic here there will be a day when they screw things up but they must handle 1000's of orders a week so :?

Fingers crossed that day is a long way off

made an order on monday, it was here tuesday. there was some damaged goods in the order, replacements sent free of charge, arrived wednesday!! top service or what
