I've always loved the look of the dog bone shaped Cook Bros cranks. Never owned a pair myself, but considering getting a pair for a Slingshot build that I'm collecting parts for.
Seeing @Silverfish cranks up for sale last week (sadly too long) reignited my thoughts about getting some!
I've seen plenty of builds with them, but just wanted opinions on robustness, longevity etc. Anything to watch out for. Also I know they do CBR and RSR. I guess the CBR are more costly/desirable due to age and originality whilst the newer RSR are more likely to break due to machined back although potentially cheaper? Have zero interest in their newer E cranks...
Many thanks for reading and look forward to hearing thoughts, both good and bad.
