If so, that might suggest that your frame was refinished in the early eighties rather than the late seventies.The H/T badge has the number of Grays Inn Rd obscured /ground out which is odd
These were frames destined for 'Cliff Pratt' badging? Does that mean that the frames were delivered unpainted?Back in my day which was the 70's my experience was that outsourced frames were not numbered by the builder but stamped in the shop on delivery.
