Cinelli 50th stem (although not part of the official 50th group). A bit expensive but I liked the italian flag on the top which was a nice touch for this Italian build.
Record headset (not sure when this is from)
Croce D'aune cranks - not sure if I'll stick with these but early 90s record cranks are hard to find in good nick and for a reasonable price
TA bottle cage
Nisi Laser rims - these are tubular but still undecided to keep these or get some clinchers. Still looking for the perfect ones I think.

Handlebars, Record Ergo levers, saddle, bar tape etc
Still undecided on saddle colour and bar tape choices. Thinking black saddle on white bar tape but will probably try a few out.
