Re:
Tubeless tyres can be used with tubes , so can tubeless ready tyres and you can put a tube in a tubeless tyre on a proper ust rim (when you stick a hole in the sidewall ).
Here's the basic differences
Tubeless ready tyres (tlr/2 bliss whatever) have a lightish weight sidewall that doesn't seal so need sealant in them to provide and airtight seal but do have a thicker bead designed to seal onto a ust rim and the bead tends to be a tighter fit than a non tubeless tyre.
Full tubeless (ust) also have a thicker sidewall that will seal with no sealant.
Those are the basic differences .
Both can be used with tubes.
UST rims have a different internal profile to non ust rims to allow the beads of the tyre to lock onto the rim , yes you can also use tubes .
As per the reference to car/motorbike tyres not being able to use tubes this is rubbish but and here's the but tubeless car and motorbike tyres have lots of very small ribs on the inside of them and this can wear through tubes (especially cheap ones ) hence it is not recommended , you can get special tubes for tubeless car tyre that are much tougher .
Going back to the op Spesh tyres are tubeless ready and most spesh bikes come from the factory with tubes in them , oh and I run spesh tyres btw and have done for about 4 years .
