Can anyone tell me about Specialized Sub 6 pro helmet?

Hi guys, may be buying one of these to go with my FSR, but.....

I've only ever worn Giro, and vaguely remember my friends Sub 6 BITD being a very different shape.

Can't really try this one on first as it is in another country. What can you tell me about it?

I've always found that I have a "Specialized" shaped head. Had a Sub 6 Pro (still got it somewhere) and loved it.

I didn't ever get on with the Giro shape, and have always worn Speccy lids as they seem to fit me.

Recently retired my last Sub-6 Pro after an altercation with an overhanging tree!

Replaced it with a Specialized Decibel which is awesome!

Great helmets - sizes slightly bigger than Giro. Depends on your head shape though

Aye- spec. lids are more oval shaped, though ye can still wear them comfortably if yer like me with a cylindrical heid.................

I have a Sub 6 Pro and can't bring myself to sell it

Worn Giro since, had an Exodus which was a bit big but now have an Atmos and love it, nearest modern helmet to a Sub 6 I've found!

I sold 1 around 6 months back.
The sub 6 had no plastic outer shell, and the pro had 1. Mine was the blue Team S colours.
Someone on here bought it, can't remember who though :?
