Sorry I didn't make out from the picture that it was tear dropped. No, they were circular on the bizango....

If it wasn't for the 1" headtube I would be tempted to say a Cove as mine has a curved brake bridge like that ;)
 
The frame pictures don't show any detail very well, which doesn't help, seeing the frame side on would be a massive help. Does it have a drop top tube, does it have the extended seat tube, it really doesn't even show the actual profile of the tube.

Columbus did a tube profile that was shaped as you have suggested called a Foco. It was indeed used on the Voodoo Bizango, but without better pictures its hard to tell.
 
i know i should have taken better pics..........as soon as i walked out the door! looking like bizango then.....even down to the orange paint under the black!!!
