Can anyone identify this bike? Falcon of some sort.

My 1974 or 5 Olympic has decals on the chain stays with "Olympic designed by Ernie Clements" on them.
It also has the wrap around seat stays and 531 frame tubes. For some reason mine doesn't have chrome on the lower part of the forks. It does have mudguards though.

Judging by components (if original) , it's got to be circa 1981?
