was abit dis-heartened after seeing that 7 pints on the nightime was bad and that no sex for 6 weeks was good, although I like the emptying of weight theory and I'm sure guinness will be a better alternative to san miguel ;-)
On a more serious note it seems like I shouldn't overload on malt cake and fig rolls, my 'movement' isn't the most regular to start with so i think i need to take that into consideration.
Should get into whitehaven, mid morning, noonish on the sat, and get picked up in tynemouth on the wed afternoon, so have a good full 3 days cycling and 2 half rides either side, so it shouldn't be a punishing schedule, although I know hartside will be a bitch, will be looking forward to a cuppa at the top.
