Buying from Ebay Germany help please

Watching a few things on eBay Germany & Netherlands ,both say theyll post to Europe but the payment area says 'Pay on pick up , cash on delivery'

How do I go about this then?

If you need any help in the Netherlands, let me know.
If the sellers say shipping in Europe, and pick-up only, I would just ask if they can ship to UK.
