honestly, there isn't much point to shaving grams off it on the whole and it's going to chage the ride of it much. the forks are worth it, the seat post, sort of, the rest isn't enough to make it worth while on the type of bike it is though.

You're right of course. Think of the weight I'll save if I remove the front wheel and wheelie everywhere. ;)

You could cut the legs off the forks then and save even more weight....
However, every gram matters in the weight weenie world, you start with the low hanging fruit which you have already have done then go through each individual part checking if you already have a part in your spares stash that is lighter or working out the optimal price / weight part to buy in your quest for the sub 21lb bike you know you need. Ooops, of course I mean sub 25lb bike

Nice spreadsheet, but as Novocaine says, only thing on it worth doing are the forks and seatpost. Personally, I’d happily take the hit on the dropper post as I think they’re brill.
Good saddle and grips aren’t worth sacrificing in the name of weight. That said, I can’t stand Charge Spoons, so that’d be going anyway 🤣🤣🤣

You didn’t confirm if you are set up tubeless? That would be first on my list for the ride quality alone.

TBH With that frame you’ll never have a light build, just accept it and enjoy the ride.

Yeah, I'm tubeless already. I'll see how it feels once I've swapped out the forks and post.

Oh and Madison Flux and Charge Spoon are two of my favourite saddles! 🙂

A light wheel set makes the whole bicycle different and will feel faster but it is expensive.

The Turbine Stem looks good, much better than the KCNC, change steel screws for Ti ones and you will be closer to KCNC, but it is not worth for few grams, same as in the handlebar, go for a Superlogic or even a Race face Next, they are below 200gr, depends on the lenth.

I have find a Flite Ti SLR for 70 euros in bikeshop.es and it weights around 170gr https://www.bikeshop.es/sillin-selle-italia-slr-railes-ti3aa6/202561.html

In Aliexpress you have carbon saddles at 137gr with a price of arround 24 euros.

If you go for a rigid seat post, check Elita one, around 20-25 euros in carbon fibre and very lightweight.

I spend less than 50 euros in the saddle and seat post. They work fine if you don´t weigh too much.

Weight elita one full carbon including the upper side 30.8 and set back, not straigh:
