The drop outs are stamped 'Tange' and then some letters I can't quite make out myself from the pics.

For what it's worth, my 1 1/8" ahead Breezer forks from '96 are stamped Spinner on the drop outs......

My '97 Lightning forks don't appear to be stamped at all, but they also seem to be resprayed Storm forks (emerald underneath)
I guess if these are 1'' and threaded they'll be Ritcheys...'can't see the pic's well enough to tell if the blades are round-section.
Logic Prestige then? very nice.
