boy"O"boy's 1991 Raleigh Dynatech Endeavour x2!!

Love the whole concept of your fellow creatives sharing their “thing” . For someone like me who’s work environment has more than its fair share of negativity and piss taking (banter) this is so refreshing. This could never happen at my place of work.

Superb effort Ben, and great to be able to share your passion with people outside of the 'inner sanctum'
Thanks Adrian. Yeah....the amount of times someone with say 'Is that a thing? - Retro/Vintage mountain bikes?' When you explain that some of the earliest out there are 40yrs old now and the 'golden era' was 30 years ago they seem to get it. If it was fashions or Cars/Motorbikes it seems more readily understood. Good to get Retrobike out there......I had my Jersey hung up behind me and the display board featured a prominent logo. 👍

Thanks Ben.

So, 7 you mention?

They were having a bit of a con-flab about it on the Facebook group yesterday after I posted the photos.
No problems.

I got ahead of myself....it's actually 6 known examples.

*EDIT 17/09/24* NOW 8 KNOWN EXAMPLES.

1. Sav's 17" frame from this thread (P.12)
2. Unknown for sale on German eBay - Kleinanzeigen.de (P.6)
3. For sale ad on Facebook marketplace/ Abingdon (P.7)
4. Mine - frame number BO5078 (Endeavour#1)
5. Mine - frame number BO27270 (Endeavour#2)
6. Currently for sale on eBay minus original fork.
7. Bernard74 now Mickael49's (P.16)
8. Spotted on Gumtree by @Gtpulse here.

Great!

There are 2/3 over on the Facebook group too.

One or two may even be on here, so I'll link this thread too.

The page I run is called Raleigh Off Road Series, Dyna-Tech, M-Trax & RSP Group.

The name is to the point I guess!

Thanks for the reply to the thread Bernard
For those whose French isn't so good -

Hello, I'm sharing here a purchase made yesterday
so if I understand correctly, number 8

Stunning Endeavour you've got there, it looks in very original condition. Thanks for adding it here - this thread has become the definitive guide for this particular model. It's actually 7 known examples including yours now. Feel free to add more pictures here if you don't want to start your own thread. I'll add your fine example to the known list!

(Also replied on Instagram)

Cheers.

Translation from Bernard's message -

Thank you for your message, I can share some photos here, I don't speak English very well, but I share your passion for this beautiful bike, indeed the model that I own is very very well preserved, it has been used very little, it I miss the left Campagnolo Bullet to make it perfect

Thanks Bernard. Great to see some more pictures of your Endeavour. Great to see another in very complete and original condition - all the vital Campagnolo kit is there.. including the Electa saddle. Very difficult to source one at a sensible price.
I may have the LH Campagnolo bullet shifter but I would need to check. I will private message (PM) if I do as I don't think you have enough posts yet to message other forum members.

That's a real beauty with the Campagnolo kit
Think that's why there's so few have survived complete with the Campagnolo kit.... The value of the group set is more desirable than the frame it's attached to!

Cheers
