Boulder Intrepid Ti Rear Shock PSI Q

What's the recommended psi for the rear shock on these Intrepid Ti bikes? I've got mine all the way up to 250psi (I'm 165lbs) and it still seems squishy....

I don't know exactly how much PSI I use on my Defiant. The Shock is Risse Racing and you could see the maximum recommended.
For adjusting mine : The shock have to not move when I seat on the bike. If not, the swingarm is pulled everytime you are pedaling and you got the feeling of the suspension in the legs. But I put a bit more or less air among the ground I ride.

Checked this morning : around 10 bars (150psi) for 66kg

Thank you very much 24pounces. I weigh 75kg and put 17 bar in the suspension! Probably too much but I didn't want it bottoming out. Either that or my shock pump is reading the pressure wrong.
