Bontrager Ti lite

Two things recently have lead to a rebuild on this, firstly I blew a seal (🤔😬 he clapped, must have been happy 🤣) in the Bomber so back to the Judy, then I got hit by a car which unfortunately wrote off the rear wheel. 😕
So a spec change was in order, wanted to try a canti build, unused stop doesn't bother me unlike some 😂 but still felt the need to try.
XTR M900/910 with Middleburn cranks and a Royce BB, topped off with my favourite Suntour thumbies. Avid cantis/levers, silver seatclamp and headset.
The wheels are temporary, @Carge very kindly sold me some BCX red/Blue dot rims which will be laced to blue Hope ti hubs. The fork legs are temporary also, will be returning to yellow thanks to @1552 providing me with a canti brace for my SL. Although I might put the Z2 back on once it's repaired.
The whole thing's made me realise that whilst I absolutely love this bike, it's probably best to not use it on a daily basis for commuting to work! _20230508_171148.JPG _20230508_171214.JPG _20230508_171241.JPG

Glad the Bony has bounced back (you too ;D ) from the incident and is on the mend. Love it without the bile bomber =P If you're not riding it everyday the Judy does the trick, no ?

Going to look sweet once you get the new wheels built up. Are those Hugis on there now?

There is a medium TiLite for sale right now in the US and the timing couldn't be worse so appreciate your updates so I can get vicarious action.

Thanks Ryne. 👍 😁
The Judy will probably stay, I think with the blue hubs and yellow legs it will look sweet and yes they're good enough, not as good as the Z2 but fine for the use it will get.
Spokes will be bought next week so shouldn't be too long till the wheel change.
Yes, they're first generation DT Hugi hubs on BCX 1 and 2 rims in there at the moment.
