Finish Line wet & dry lubes & Massi Teflon Grease

Have been using Juice Lubes ceramic lube @ work on cables @ it's fricking awesome, but bloody expensive.

What about on skewers, in hubs, bb's (if they need it), seat tubes, cables etc.. ??

Would a generic teflon grease and can of GT85 sort most things??

I use three in one oil on the chains (Finishline wet lube in winter), Tesco teflon spray on most everything else an good old Castrol LM bearing grease on hubs, BBs and headsets.

SP

paint thinners and a toothbrush for cleaning old mechs and grime off frames

3 in 1 oil for lubing and rust prevention.

Armor All for paint restoration
