(Bike) servicing fluids

I'm trying White Lightning 'Epic Ride' but usually use Finishline wet lube. The Epic Ride is extremely thin but seems to be extremely good, excellent lubricity but have only tried it in the dry so far :).

Have used Finishline teflon since I got into MTBing in about '91. Excellent in wheels and bottom brackets. Recently bought a pot of Pace RC7 grease for my forks but it looks suspiciously like Halford's generic fiver a gallon grease...

I use straight 30 weight oil on my chains and derailleur pivots and Phil's waterproof grease on the cables.

I use whatever I get given for Christmas - and if I need to buy anything I take what the LBS uses in the workshop as a guide!

Still using Finish Line grease I bought in 1994, the Black Gold has unfortunately gone missing.

Bought some Finish Line wet lube and it seems pretty good.

Other than that, baby wipes clean up most things as does the dishwasher if needed for suitable parts.

Got WD40, A generic grease spray, Isopropan-2-ol (IPA), Ethanol, Propanone and some mix I forgot what's in it, but it's stuff left from some experiments and I mixed 'em together and stuff get really clean, though you're high on the stuff shortly after.
White Spirits too for soaking.

Some Shimano anti stick thing (white stuff).

Washing up liquid for general cleaning.

For cleaning and lubeing, I use these:-

...along with about 12 brushes and an air compressor!

They all have grease in there to reach those awkward places. C=copper grease, B=black grease, W=white grease and R=red.

Finish Line Wet lube on chains, cables.
Finish Line Teflon Plus for re-lubing, pivots.
Finish Line EcoTech 2 Degreaser.
Finish Line Telfon grease on hub bearings, bb's.
Finish Line Fibre Grip on carbon.

Shimano Anti Seize on threads, stems, alloy seatposts - (brilliant stuff!)

It makes me smile when people say they use grease on seatposts!
