I have no idea what's going on with the 'Underdog' thing, but some great bikes up for the cup. I can rule a few out straight away through no fault of the owners, rules is rules as they say.

A real shame for the Chance as It's one of the nicest bikes I've ever clapped eyes on...even with those tyres, ho hum!

The rules of the BOTM comp are set by the mods of this wonderfull forum. If you don't agree and want to change them, get involved and start helping the mods with their job. Don't just judge and scream about it!

Bike that would not normally receive many, if any votes if entered in the regular bike of the month competitions. Especially if among yetis with purple bits bolted on...of the month.

What more do you need to know? enter, vote, or go do the dishes!!

If this is now the mutual consensus than please pull my submission however it is my understanding that John clearly said this was not his intention for the theme this month. "Underdog" doesn't refer to the bikes at all, it simply means this month is for those that have not won a BoTM comp.

That gives him even more reason, doesn't it?

The month has become a shambles through nobody's fault. The underdog title gave some people hope that a truly 'underdog' bike [a competitor thought to have little chance of winning a fight or contest] would win for a change. Nobody has an agenda as far as I can see, just a misunderstanding.
