I'll start with SIS energy gels - buy 2 in Waitrose and get one free at the moment. £1.20 for one so 80p each if you buy three.

but hey guy's ebay isnt all bad. i seem to remember a post about cheap inner cables.
some people must be using regular dealer's there,cleaning products ,batteries, inner tubes and stuff.??

tesco's sell cheapish stuff i have hybrid brake blocks
on a bike and with the increase in contact length they are good.
and wilko's ok. halfords prices on some of their stuff particularly their lights
is far too expensive.
