Atac Stem in black - Are they paint or anodised?

Quill. I have a neon yellow ATAC that is painted as well. The BikePro website mentions the ATAC is anodised, what is possibly true for that modelyear, but not all ATAC's were anodised.

Was this because they came on a yeti possibly?

Was yours purchased from a normal bike shop or from somewhere else?

unsurprisingly ATACs were offered in both painted & anno. i've personally seen considerably more painted

most early quill ones I remember were painted black
