The pedersen frame looks fantastic, but the big shimano crank kills the bike :? .
For Gary Turner, it's not blue cheese who gives him good ideas, but the "cassoulet". . I don't know if it's really the good definition about "leftfield" but it's a very esthetic work

Yes, but after the "cassoulet" and for finishing the bottle of red wine :D

This leftfield enough?

how old is this red "leftfield" rarity and is it easy to mount and subsequently, displace ? ;)

The bike is only three years old, but hand made in every sense of the work by proper craftsmen (Mesicek - google them), took 6 months to spec and build.

As for getting on and off, that's no real problem, you have to fish for the mounting peg a little at first. The issue when riding for the first time is that as you pedal the bars move left and right - it takes quite a few miles before you can take one hand off the bars with any confidence, so no nose picking.
I will add that I ride unicycles as well, sometimes while juggling clubs!

I actually rode just under 100 miles on this last year, 40 in one day. I'm guessing that's a lot more than many a retro seen on this site.

More than a leftfield it's plain stupid, my commuter with 2.35 irc tires from 1994... lock and lights included in the pic because I'm too cheap to take them off to take a decent photo
