... back in the early 90's !
This was my first place of work when I was a young lad, & can only remember the names of the manager, Richard Peploe (now at Madison) & a guy called Mat.
I was good pals with a lad with an Orange, I was (I now regard very lucky!) the kid with a Zinn Z-Centuar ..
"Cycles" was setup as a 2-3 year experiment by the John Menzies family to maybe rival Halfords one day .. they had 3 stores I think, Reading, Cheltenham & somewhere else .. can anyone add any info !?
