It was a tartan Gusset, maybe 3 or 4 years old - same design as the Charge Spoon. It's not that it's lived a hard life either (apart from being stuck under me) - it's been on the road bike for 99% of it's life.

Tonight I had my first go at riding a crit. A few local clubs have an impromptu crit on a Wednesday night, part training part racing. Not the greatest turnout tonight because of the rain but I fair enjoyed it, 4 laps of a 4mile circuit at a fairly high pace, after taking my turn at the front I drifted back little realising the group had shrunk to 3 and I couldn't bridge back to the front pair which left me finshing the last lap and a half on me tod. Good fun and I'll be back over hopefully soon, I think there might be a wee sting in the legs the morra :o
