At the moment I don't feel retro, just feckin auld. Today is my birthday so we all (wife and bairns) cycled down the road to Blairadam.
I fell off 4 times , more in one day than I've done all year.
Looks like decrepitude has decided to toe my baws.

Just watched "The cycle show" which I V +ed on the 23rd.

Guests were Graeme Obree and Gary Fisher. Very entertaining , it was like being in the company of a couple of old jakes in the pub !!
