I have just bought a barn find '65 Giulia Sprint GT with just 26,000 miles on the clock. Its very sound but needs a full rebuild. I'm not going to mess around with this one, once stripped the shell will be going down to The Midlands to get the shell acid dipped and phosphated before restoration. I will then build it back up with all the best parts including a race spec 220bhp twin spark motor. It has to be perfect, afterall the old one is one hell of a hard act to follow.
I feel happier already.

You might want to change the bulb first too - some garages take advantage of stuff like that with ridiculous fitting costs.

First time, advisory to replace the drivers door mirror and that's it, the bulb mysteriously started working again.
The first time in 25 years of owning cars I have passed an MOT first time.
Think I may have to buy myself a wee treat with the money I had set aside for it.
