BTW where's Perry got to ?, seems to have gone quiet since he got shackled to that Brand fellow :)

he'll be back when we get closer to page 400

well ave done bugger all today , slept most of the day  fitted both xt 170mm discs to the front of the univega and by christ it stops now

got another set of xt thumbies through the door today too :D

finished the 20 things to do to the weenie

looks well cool imho

even put some stickers on it , which i hate but ho hum
at least you can tell what it is tho

my pedals worked out better than expected too ,so much so that i might even use them at dunkeld 112 g each too ,with out titanium spindles

....tonight I bleed the rear brake of the 29'er with my cheapo ebay kit and felt like a grease monkey God (know it is simple but you know me and brakes)- they work a charm and looking forward to getting her dirty now.

I also realized that I need to get rid of two bikes and add one more.

Took all the family out for a ride - including the dog- our first since the snow in November. :)

Got outbid on a Heckler frame on ebay.

Thanks to google I sorted the starter issue on the car in 5 minutes :D
Since I now knew what the starter and the selenoid looked like I found the loose wire I must have dislodged by accident the previous day. So back to fitting cable issues, ho hum

Dunkers Lardtail nearly done, looking vaguely colour co-ordinated, orange frame with black or silver everything else, must determine its weight :)

Always good when you can fix the car for nowt Velo. And you've learnt something new.

Found a Cadbury's Picnic at the bottom of my laptop bag. Post lunch Omnomnom bonus!

Tried to setup front brake on the FAT last night, and I did my usual and cut the cable outer too short

i had a snickers out the vending machine at work
60 bloody pence and it's tiny

still picking bits of peanuts out my teeth

took the KTM to work today first time for 7 weeks
bloody front brakes are sticking ,need to sort that tonight then

taking the bike means i dont have to car share with wifey and my son
so i can finish work at 3:30 and be home for 4

feeling self righteous this week - had a good 10/12 mile walk (more of a yomp really due to my colleague being an ex marine fitness freak!) at work every day last week (3 days included going up and over arthurs seat), haven't had a fag for 2 days and even managed a lunchtime ride round Arthurs Seat today :D
just have to keep it up
