Kaiser - have you not got insulation or keep the heating on low overnight? Seems really unlucky the amount of bother you are having. You could try lagging some pipes together - hot and cold along side each other. Perhaps swap out sections for polypropellene, cheap self-insulates a little and resists splitting a little more than copper.

the insulation idea just poped into my head there too :? is the problem outside ? can you build a wooden box around the pipe and fill it with insulation ?

Managed about 30 minutes on the bike this morning before I gave up and came home... the compacted snow where the walkers had been was fine, but stray from that narrow ribbon and FLUMP.
 
I like Flumps, surely a treat when you are cycling.
