Today i went to watch the tour de trossachs. A time trial starting in Aberfoyle, climbing the dukes pass and over to thornhill via callander and the back to aberfoyle past lake of mentieth. Some very fit boys and girls on the dukes

Today I done a 12hr shift but in other bikey news put my new bars and stem on the new bike looking very snub nosed but lots of fun. Front derr to run and bobs yer uncle!
