I've contacted MikeD and he is sorting things out for me. Apparently there was an early subscriber offer up till last Friday, with a free first issue, and they should have just gone out, with paid issues starting from issue 2.

If he'll not take it back, then bike stand a la mikee could well be a possibility. Funnily enough, it's got a decent set of LX canti's and a matching front mech - in good condition too, so I suppose there's a few quid's value in there.
