Today I cycled up the coast line to Shell Bay and clocked up 20 miles in the process. BTW Genesis's own brand saddle is a f'kin instrument of torture, oooo my bloody arse.

BTW before I went out on my ride I reinvested some of the cash I'd made from the sale of my old car and bought new sticky tyres for the ST these new ones even have treads on them, yeah really :shock:

Fitted some Avid BB5s to a Kinesis Maxlight. What a pig of a job! Not sure what the Avids are supposed to fit but they didn't like the frame, forks, the discs or the adapers.
