I've had my sternum cut and it takes 6 to 8 weeks to heal

Incredible it takes only that to heal.

I've  cut a number of these, and never thought that type of thing would knit back together so quickly :?

They bind it together with wire and that gets left in.

Personally I'll give it 12 weeks given my age, plus I'm scared about getting punched in the chest at my MMA class or I do my rolls and hear a sickly CRACK!

Re:

Today I've decided I need to thin the herd out a wee bit as I've got a few builds nearing completion and I'm sure you'll agree a part assembled bike take up less space than a built one. So when I finish my new builds I'm not gonna be able to swing a cat :?
So I thought what bike am I using the least at the moment, so the wining answer is????? The Ragley Blue Pig (except its black innit) so I'll be sticking the frame up for sale real soon (its a 18" frame BTW) I wish I had the space to keep all of my bikes but I don't, sadly.

I thought the Blue Pig was one of your faves?
What else you got built at the moment?

Well it is but some things got to give, I canny get moving in the house for bikes :?

The other build will be disclosed before the end of the month, all I can say just now is its "special" Plus I've got to find a location and a model for the photo shoot.
