And today I did......

Great mate, found the off road route that links from loch fitty so cuts about 3 miles off my cycle to kelty from house plus no roads.

We did a wee bit of exploring but the place is huge. Not much technical but mainly hardpacked roads and shale paths. Maybe some exploring but not much to get excited about. We did ride to the top of the feature hills for biscuit brake.

Kelty riding very nicely though, the new trails are bedding in well.

Im thinking of another project :? This bike stuff is too much like hard work and im spending too much on it :?
It really isnt going to work for me. Said this before i know but i just cant continue and seemingly getting little out of it. I hardly even ride and other than streets theres nowhere to ride. And im non driver so normal trips are out too.

Just spent in the region of 800 turning the Ti purple and im thinking :? For what :??
I think 8 years is long enough.

Like the look of this though. And im working towards a goal rather than a grind on for no reward.

So what are you thinking Andy? A do-er-upper, where you can bring your carpentry skills into play? I imagine that'd be a satisfying project, and if you've got the skills possibly a cheap route into boat ownership.

And I do hope that there will be some sailing up the west coast, through villages and towns :P
