Re:

BTW I meant to say yesterday as the weather was a bit iffy I descided to try and get my bedroom back so I moved the Bandit, Buell & GSX to one corner and there it was "ma bed" canny remember the last time I was in it

Re:

All the rides were good, had to do a bit of shuffling from the planned stuff because of the weather but no complaints.

The Kenmore path to Applecross, like I say was fairly retro friendly imo and a good intro to the weekend, mostly pedalable and a couple of pints mid ride were welcome.

We had planned on doing the classic lollipop but after heading up the stick to the saddle decided it was too dangerous to do the loop because of the weather so headed back down and tackled the Bein Damph loop after lunch.

The Bein Damph loop was a corker, loch side xc then a moderate climb albeit a bit wet but led to a tremendous descent. Really did need the bigger bike to get the most out of it though. The descent finishes in a bit of woods which was just outstanding so much so we pushed up and did it again the next day only finding an extra bit to add on. Really is now one of my fav descents.

Re:

Had another wee run roond Blairadam this afternoon. As I was returning to carpark I could hear a trail bike nearby going up to bottom carpark. As I went up he came back down to Triangle at a fair lick then turned round and flew past me again at speed. There was a woman with 2 dogs and a young guy with his 2/3 y.o. daughter walking the paths as well. Spoke to them about it and she said that the trail biker comes in all the time when the F.C. guys leave at 4pm. She lives in cottage near carpark so could confirm what I'd seen about him being on paths on Saturday and last night.
She has reported him to Police but it's near impossible for them to be there to catch the arse. A previous time she had shouted at him as he rode past her, his response was to ride around her in circles to intimidate her which she reported to fuzz. The speeds he's traveling at will result in someone's dog or wee bairn getting hurt.

I also phoned them to report him while he was still there but don't expect the Police to come out for what would be a wild goose chase.
His bike is mainly white and yellow with poly bag over front number. The side panels at rear are white and rear mudguard is yellow.

Will maybe have a wee daunder in there with my camera to try to get a pic of him. I'd better be careful in case he tries the same with me as he did with the local woman.
