Yup - the garage/workshop has a chimney and fireplace at rear end

Hoose needs a fair bit of work though, DPC getting attention next week and most of the window frames are gubbed. Two upstairs rooms have a ceiling height of approx 6' 2" and I'm, err, 6' 4" so planning on a ceiling lift and new dormer to rear :roll:


.....and it was cheap (for Aberdeenshire) :xmas-cool:

I was thinking that with the chimney and fireplace in the garage/workshop he could have his ain wee bothy/pub tae get pished in.

Rob its not even 5 mins away - d'ya go to it? I was originally scheduled to move in the week of the rally but things dragged on.

Am just off with another carload of stuff - main move happens Monday - Wednesday next week

Not impressed with the beer range in the pub though - think I'll start making my own again
