Can't find the brochure at the mo' but pretty sure I'm not having a senior moment.......called Arrival iirc.

The TT-Lite frame you refer to is the VertexTR from '95.

I had an Arrival
A beautiful bike finished in smoke blue grey over a White frame
All Deore group set cost around £650 in 1990
I raced it and loved it

The 1992 brochure is available in this sites Gallery & Archive and features the Arrival DX and LX models which are both rather lovely

I'd be surprised if DB didn't have at least one alloy bike from earlier than that bearing in mind Muddyfox had the Alu Pro in 89, I have a very scruffy 89 Alu Pro :)

All I'm saying is that I have the UK 91 Brochure in front of me, and there's no Arrival in it, nor any alloy framed bike. Bikes that are in it are, MTB wise, Traverse up to Axis Team, a kids mountain bike (20" wheels), 2 BMXs, and 2 700c Hybrids (both steel framed).

I'm not saying an alloy framed bike didn't exist from the late 80s, merely that the 91 lineup and brochure has no mention of it.

Yes, got the 95 brochure in front of me, now - the Vertex is a 7005 frame - cable routing on the tob tube looks different from most (all?) of the other bikes - the 3 cables are together on the drive side of the frame.

Vertex TR is the TT-Lite frame (and retailed around £300 dearer than the 7005 framed Vertex).

The Vertex TA has an Easton ProGram Elite frame, and retailed for £200 more than the Vertex TR (so £500 dearer than the Vertex).

i can't remember an alloy DB till maybe 95
the arrival was a hybriy thing wasn't it ?
tho the dual response was alloy framed tho that was 94 ish
response elite rings a bell tho , alloy h/t i think
got a 94 catalog at home
