What is wrong with the rear hub of the Rolf wheels? What means stripping?

Hi Michael, there is a little stickyness there and I'm not sure if it's the bearings or not. However it's a moot point now as I'm just about to take them off the for sale list as the sith monster has already snapped them up!

I've just bunged them on my kitchen scales which are 'analogue' and it looks as though it's about 175. I can weigh it at work tomorrow if that's not good enough, just to be sure.

Digital scales at work say...175! Who needs modern technology??
