Alfine 8 speed non-turn washers problem

So I've taken delivery of my new 8 speed Alfine wheel but neither the grey and black or green and blue washers that I have points the arm in the right direction for my bike.

I have vertical dropouts with seat stay cable routing - any idea what I need to do?
